How to Use the Sauna

​

Our sauna is a place of peace and relaxation – surrounded by pure nature. Here’s how to make the most of it:

  1. Preheat the Sauna
    Turn on the stove about 30–45 minutes before use. The ideal temperature is around 80–90 °C.

  2. Shower First
    Please take a quick shower before entering. It helps cleanse the skin and prepares your body for the heat.

  3. Sauna & Cool Down
    Enjoy 10–15 minutes in the sauna, then cool off outside or with cold water. Feel free to repeat the cycle as you like.

  4. Infusions (Aufguss)
    You’re welcome to pour water on the stones – but please only use the natural essences provided.

  5. After the Sauna
    Take time to relax and drink plenty of water. Your body will thank you.

  6. No Shoes Inside
    Please do not wear shoes inside the sauna – barefoot or with clean sauna slippers only.
