How to Use the Sauna

Our sauna is a place of peace and relaxation – surrounded by pure nature. Here’s how to make the most of it:

Preheat the Sauna
Turn on the stove about 30–45 minutes before use. The ideal temperature is around 80–90 °C. -
Shower First
Please take a quick shower before entering. It helps cleanse the skin and prepares your body for the heat. -
Sauna & Cool Down
Enjoy 10–15 minutes in the sauna, then cool off outside or with cold water. Feel free to repeat the cycle as you like. -
Infusions (Aufguss)
You’re welcome to pour water on the stones – but please only use the natural essences provided. -
After the Sauna
Take time to relax and drink plenty of water. Your body will thank you. -
No Shoes Inside
Please do not wear shoes inside the sauna – barefoot or with clean sauna slippers only.
