5. Close the doors as soon as the fire is burning and you have the feeling that the smoke goes up the chimney instead of the room.

The same instructions also apply to the stove and the oven.

Very important:
In order to use the stove, it is necessary to have a burning fire in the main fireplace as well.
If there is only a fire burning in the stove, it will only generate smoke since the chimney can only function when the main fire is burning.
gas stove

In addition to the wood stove, the gas stove can also be used for cooking.

The gas bottle is located in the cabinet under the stove.

If the gas bottle is empty, first check if there is a spare bottle in the storage shed. If there is no full bottle left, you can buy a new one at the ICA supermarket. Take the empty bottle with you so that you don't have to pay a deposit, and then send us the receipt. We will, of course, reimburse you for the cost.

Unfortunately, we cannot always ensure that there are full bottles available, as otherwise, we would have to discard half-full bottles between stays.

Please make sure that the gas bottle is turned off when you are not using the stove.

If you want to empty the fireplaces, make sure the ashes have cooled down, and only put the ashes in the black metal bucket on the veranda.​
